Intro:
1 By Day is a popular, long-running megasite featuring high quality

photoset in a zip file.
Videos:
There are currently 3,150 videos totaling approximately 1,300 hours
(54 days). The videos range in length from 10 to 40 minutes with
most falling around 25 minutes long. The videos can be viewed in
your browser window using Flash (.flv) format or downloaded to your computer in full-movie files in Windows Media (.wmv), Quicktime (.mov),
DivX (.avi), and iPod/PSP (.mp4). Sometimes MPEG (.mpg) clips can
also be viewed. The SD quality vids come in at 852x480 at 2000 Kbps
and the HD quality vids are 1280x720 at 4000 Kbps. Both of these
look awesome even at full-screen. The older videos from before July
2007 don't have the HD quality option and offer less video options.
Subject matter of the content:
There are three main different types of action:
